MEET KIM CHAPMAN
Kim Chapman is a lifetime Dallas County resident whose life has been defined by service. After graduating from Adel DeSoto High School, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and served honorably from 1972 to 1976 as a Vietnam era veteran.
After returning home, Kim built a career in emergency medical services and leadership, strengthening local EMS operations and leading ambulance services across Iowa. He later brought that same experience and steady approach to county government as Dallas County Supervisor for District 3.
Kim believes public service is an honor and a responsibility. His focus is dependable county services, practical decision making, and protecting the community’s future.
